There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience. No refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of Marathon Music Works and/or TicketWeb. Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry. Physical tickets available at the box office. -- VIP: Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time, and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in.
